Question / Help All my audio is being picked up, but I can't hear anything while have OBS open

I've recently updated to OBS studio and wanted to stream some, so I updated and everything worked perfectly tested some things out and made some scenes and tested the studio out. I then go to sleep wake up the next morning and boom I hear nothing when i have OBS studio opened. Everything works perfectly fine but my headset isn't getting audio except for discord which only works when I restart. Please help ASAP its kind of frustrating.
