Question / Help All internet besides stream not getting internet

Okay so I will be streaming for like 10-20 minutes or so until something weird happens. All internet browsers are not connecting to internet. It won't affect the stream quality or anything. I am still live while it happens connected to servers. I was wondering if anyone had any solutions or ideas to what may fix it?

DNS errors? Maybe try changing DNS servers maybe.

Besides that, there might be nothing that can be done besides waiting. I have had a partial internet outage a few months ago as my stream is still going, I can connect to google.com, but not online games, and not most other website, then after about 5 minutes it returns to normal, fully working internet, without disconnecting live stream. I guess a small part of internet that routes the packets can sometimes fail.
