Question / Help All I do is LAG!

Recently started using OBS. I updated it now when I stream LoL my ping jumps from 90 to 500 as soon as I start streaming I've check all my settings and used the "OBS settings" thing that OBS has to help you set up the settings. Checked the "minimize network impact" button still have lag. Please help!
