All green in all games records as black (no chromakey filters present)

started after NVidia GTX 1050ti was installed, I really like OBS and do not want to switch. Anyone know where I am messing up? I did try all the self help vids and even official NVidia setting but still.....black.

So this chroma key filter on the scene is disabled? Are you sure?
 
Cry, I am just not able to find it in the settings or scenes. I will look again but could you tell me where to look? I checked filters on everything and no chroma key on anything. I see it where you said on the log, just don't know where it is enabled.

Right-click on the scene (left-most column), select filters. It should show up as the only filter there. Either click the eye to disable it, or delete it completely.

(side-note: for whatever reason, the "Filters" button that now exists right below the preview only pulls up source filters, not scene filters)
