Question / Help All Elements in Scene not Loading at Same Time

I'm really enjoying Open Broadcaster. I've been a VIdblaster and XSplit user since the earlier days of their development but love the open source project, Open Broadcaster. I'm experiencing an issue and wanted to pose a question. When I build a scene with multiple elements, ie: background template, camera, title and screen capture, when I switch to it, not all of the elements show at the same time. For instance, the camera and screen cap, come in milliseconds apart. Is there something I'm not doing correctly? I use the same identical elements in other encoding software and they all pop together.

Add your camera to the Global Sources button, then add it to your scene by selecting Global Source from the sources box. This keeps the camera active all the time, and doesn't turn it off/on when you change scenes.
