Question / Help All bars in audio mixer gone, no audio coming from captures

not sure how to get the regular bar back, in settings under audio the only things that have options other than 'disabled' are auxillary (ie mics etc)

this happened by adding some audios (mic, desktop) then removing them, and it also removed the regular audio coming from whichever sources (whether browser capture, window capture, or desktop capture)
