Question / Help All audio is echoing

All my sources of audio seem to be echoing or looping whenever I try and stream, from in-game audio to desktop audio and also my voice. I've tried to look for guides online but they all have been unfruitful

about every 3-5 seconds and the echo just goes on until it fades
