Bug Report All audio is about 1-1.5 seconds ahead

I'm having an issue using OBS v0.47a where all of my audio is about 1 to 1.5 seconds ahead of the audio. I used to just have problems with audio and webcam syncing, but now it seems that all of my audio is ahead of my video by this much. Is there a setting that corrects this, or is it still having issues syncing audio?
 
You may have to try out the options in advanced for this if you have problems -- I can't quite remember what system you're running on, this can happen on rare occasions and it's admittedly quite annoying
