Alerts works in page, but not when i do in Twitch

To resume and not make a long sentence: Before November/December months i was working with the alerts even on Twitch and in Test, Now works only in Test but not in Live or when someone follows me or raids me. I tried to everything (uninstall, remove caches, etc) but not avail.
Does anyone knows how to fix this problem?

I'll try. The last to get know is not getting a proper answer from the support (from the alerts i use them).
