Question / Help AJA Corvid 24 Capture Card

Hi,

Can OBS support the AJA Corvid 24 card. It doesn't appear in the Video Capture Device > Device list.

I have the correct AJA drivers as other apps do see the SDI input source.

Judging by their website (https://www.aja.com/developer/request), the SDK is proprietary so cannot be incorporated into an open source program like OBS. You could try asking them to support standard Directshow capture in their own drivers.

AJA told me that someone "could" create SDK that would make it work. But no one has.

I've stumbled across an AJA Corvid 24 and have been looking into how to get it to work with OBS, would this help you guys to support AJA capture hardware? I know that OBS uses DirectShow for most of its video capture source stuff

Yes it support on 27.2.1
