Aitum Multistream

Aitum Multistream 1.0.6

I am having crash issue when I open valorant with multi stream

Can you give more specific issues of what's happening, like error messages (if any), any other diagnostic messages (if any) or whatever? Saying that it crashes with Valorant isn't enough.

Furthermore, it also bears noting that since the signing key for the OBS Studio 31 series binaries has changed, you are attempting to capture using the bundled Game Capture source plugin, and Riot Games appears not to have gotten that memo or has but hasn't bothered to fix things, I think the Aitum Multistream plugin is the absolute least of your problems and is thus outside the scope of this particular part of the forum.

From what I'm seeing, is there no possibility of adding shoutcast/Icecast servers also?
Only other thing I'd say is the please start all the things once start streaming is pressed.

I can't find a *.zip file for using this plugin in my portable version. Would you PLEASE provide a zip-file instead of just an *.exe-file with no path-support?

First, if you're looking for portable installs, do not get it from their main site. Instead, get it from their GitHub. You can get it from here, with 1.0.7 being the latest release:

Hope this helps.

Hi, one problem I have with Aitum is that it takes up too many resources on video encoding, so 70% instead of 40%, and when I start to stream on Discord, the video encoder jumps to 100% for some reason, and my stream starts to lag

No log posted to verify but 1 encode session 40%, 2 encode sessions 70%, 3 & you're overloaded. Sounds perfectly normal. Use faster Presets or where possible just send the stream encoded by OBS instead of using another encode session.

I still use the RTMP Multi-out but I took a screenshot so you can see what it does. By selecting "Get From OBS" as the encoder(s), the plugin copies/sends the streaming output from OBS saving an encode session. If same video is being sent to Discord ect there's no need to encode again.

Just tried installing this and the installation itself was successful but when I open up OBS, the plugin does not show up under Tools. Any ideas?

Correct; it doesn't show up there.

Instead, it shows up in the Docks menu.

Then you can add services and configurations, but the biggest issue I see with it is a lack of optional synchronized start or start when you click the "Start Stream" button and/or Websocket events which can be called by various apps that connect to OBS Studio's Websocket system.

Could you share a .rar file of this plugin? I don’t trust the installer provided on the official website, as it doesn’t allow viewing the installation contents and might alter OBS core files.

Additionally, both Nutty and Michael Feyrer Jr. appear to be paid for their reviews of the plugin, and they were both deleting negative comments about the Aitum plugin. It seems likely this plugin will become paid in the future, potentially causing problems for users.

Also github page was freezed, so apparently they are trying to scam people for sure.
Current Github version is outdated? Jan 2016?

Hi Wayne

couple of things for you
1. the zip file can be found on the plugins GitHub - latest version is 1.0.7 in January - there hasn't been an update since https://github.com/Aitum/obs-aitum-multistream/releases/tag/1.0.7 they are a very small team and are currently working on another plugin according to their discord, so expect new and exciting stuff

2. I highly doubt Nutty and Michael Feyrer are paid to review the plugin, their YouTube channels are based around obs and their plugins, how they manage their comments is entirely their business and shouldn't reflect aitum themselves, those guys do great work, those 2 youtubers throw a lot of positive energy into every plugin they review, even the competing plugins, they review all the popular and up and coming plugins and always put that positive spin on them

3.it would make no sense for them to introduce a paid version of the plugin, they dont charge for aitum vertical, why would they do it for multistream, they would loose a lot of their user base to alternatives if they started charging for it, people like free - and when they offer a paid app that works in tandem with their free plugins effortlessly, you are more likely to give the app a try for its ease of use.
