Aitum and Vertical Canvas Plugin wont allow me to stream

I was very excited to use this new feature that a lot of creators have been talking about, but for some reason I cannot seem to stream when this plugin is installed.

I am on OBS 29 as this plugin only works for 29 and up.

I will attach the log files just in case.

I uninstalled vertical canvas plugin and I was able to go live after that. Wonder whats the cause? Please help.

I would just like to mention I am also having this issue and have found no fix. Not seeing many people talk about it unfortunately.

I joined their discord server where I found a support ticket that is having the same issue. It looks like you need to uncheck "Backtrack runs while streaming/recording" and instead you should check "Backtrack Always On" (Make sure you're on version 1.06 as of writing this).

Everything else works fine, install, linked scenes, recording, but fail to stream

To access this option you have to open the Vertical panel, click at the Config Icon and you'll find it at the General tab.

Anyone else getting an issue where since installing the Aitum Vertical Plugin, that your GPU runs at 100% when OBS is open? And a massive slowdown on the computer?

I'm able to stream, but I'm having issues and wondering if anyone else is experiencing this? I may have to uninstall the plugin if I can find where it installed to

Reviving this thread to update that this is still an issue with newer versions of Aitum

So as of 5/1/2024 this can still occur but simply swapping the option to Backtrack always on, it has stopped interrupting the stream's network connection.

After installing the Aitum plugin and running the virtual camera, I am hit with the message "Failed to start streaming" when starting the main stream through OBS.
