Question / Help Ain't working with CS:GO anymore

Open Broadcaster Software ain't working with Counter-Strike: Global Offensive anymore for me. I hope someone can help me out. When I starts to record CS:GO while the game is on, I can't reopen the game window. When I start to record CS:GO before I open the game I will get black screen when I open it.

OBS have perfectly worked fine for me before, in CS:GO and other games. This suddenly happend, I have no idea why. Fraps are able to record in CS:GO but I really don't like Fraps (and it cannot stream either).

I will appreciate fast assistance.

That make sens, this happend after I got my new gaming mouse (and it installed Razer Synapse). I can't just close the program, I need it. My marcos won't work without Razer Synapse, I can't sacrifice this.
Isn't it any way to fix this problem without close Razer Synapse?
