Question / Help AGPTek 1080px60fps

I'm currently using the AGPTek 1080px60fps game capture device. Setting up with OBS Studio (Also tried with an older version of OBS), Now when using my PC camera it works and shows video fine. But in trying to stream video with the AGPTek device, it's not showing anything at all. I'm not even sure if it's even working correctly.

But all I get is a black screen and nothing else. I'm trying to stream PS4 > Twitch, which seems like a lost cause for me at this moment. What is it I'm doing wrong or I'm missing that it is not showing up?

(EDIT)

Okay it seems that because I use an HDMI Hub, it was causing a slight issue, so I directly connected PS4 to the device then direct connect from device to TV then to PC.

Now, when I do a "preview" or go into device properties on OBS Studio it works, But when I go Live or in Studio mode, still black screen, However, there is sound from the game. So you can "hear it" you just can't see it.

OK.

When you add the device, the logfile says:

16:24:52.460: User added source 'AGPTek' (dshow_input) to scene 'Scene'
16:24:52.528: AGPTek: DecodeDeviceId failed
16:24:52.528: AGPTek: Video configuration failed

That indicates that either the mode (resolution, framerate, color) that you've chosen in the device driver is incorrect for the device, or it needs a driver that isn't installed, or you need to tell Windows to allow OBS access to the device, or the device is being used in another program (video device drivers are usually exclusive).

As far as I know, nothing else is using it. I got it plugged in and Windows did it's thing and installed it. I also search for updated drivers and there are none available. As for the Resolution, Framework, color, It is all on default. I never changed any of that.

Don't know if that image helps. But when I click on properties, that's what I see.

I would not trust default then. Choose custom and select the resolution you want-- the one that is being used by whatever device you've plugged the capture device into.

So it works in OBS classic, but not OBS studio, it also works in another software... But I can't get "both" game sound and Mic sound to work at the same time. Either the Mic works and the Game sound doesn't or the Game Sound works and the Mic doesn't.
