after upgrade to V28, StreamFX fails

OBS announced to update/upgrade to V28, so I did, but now on startup I get an error: StreamFX plugin fails to load.
So I went to the StreamFX site and downloaded and ran the windows installer and restarted obs, but the error persists.
I notice that in .../obs-studio/ it installed to: data\obs-plugins\StreamFX folder, but there is still an older version in obs-studio\obs-plugins\64bit.

you need to uninstall streamFX completely then reinstall the plugin. make sure you get all of the residual files removed before installing the plugin again.

be sure to check %appdata%\obs-studio\ for any residual files as well.

StreamFX does not have an OBS v28 friendly version ready for public distribution.
They do however have an "Alpha" version that works with OBS 28, but is not recommended for production yet.
