After updating OBS to 27.2.1 been getting a lot of dropped frames.

Been using OBS with 6000 Bitrate for months and then after the update I can only do 1000. I checked my internet to and nothing seemed to change just getting a lot of dropped frames.

Actually, I came here with the exact same issue.
I am about to test with ... slobs... (Puked a little saying it)
But I hadn't had any issue prior to this patch and my speed tests are excellent and my ISP thinks I am a tin foil wearing Karen by now.

You should check your plugins for updates and if they are compatible with latest OBS versions.
Also, take a look at the analizer. Follow its recommendations.
