Question / Help After update to 0.652b FFXIV shows black screen

It was working in game capture just fine until the update.

Now I get a black screen. It will show in borderless windowed and windowed mode but I lose 40 fps in doing so.

The last line is odd in the log:

Last game capture log:
2015-07-10, 21:41:47: we're booting up:
21:41:47: CaptureThread: attached to process ffxiv_dx11.exe
21:41:47: D3D9 Present
21:41:47: DXGI Present
21:41:47: (half life scientist) everything.. seems to be in order

Makes it look like its trying to load DX9 for a DX11 game?

Everything is running as admin, the game and OBS.

bumping, not sure if that's allowed but I have gotten zero responses. I have even uninstalled, reinstalled, downgraded to .651 and wiped my drivers and added back, I am guessing there is some anti-cheat thing going on, but selecting the check box doesn't make a difference.

Some more troubleshooting today, I killed MSI Afterburner and RivaTuner, and that seemed to do the trick, now I am playing with the settings to see if it is something with how I have RivaTurner configured for FFXIV since it doesn't have a problem with Witcher 3.

Appears to only work with RivaTuner if I have it on Vector2D. Once streaming though I can change it. Weird but got it to work.
