After Update game capture now only visable using Vulcan

I stream Star Citizen. Last week I upgraded to the Newest OBS. Now my game capture for OBS (starcitizen.exe) will not capture the game if using DirectX, only works now if I change to Vulcan. I have tried downgrading to the previous version of OBS with no luck. I also deleted the scene and made a new one and still have the same issue. Any Ideas.

Been streaming since July of last year without any OBS issues. Stream & game from the same PC.

This is about hook libs in OBS.
Old OBS will use new libs until you uninstall the new libs manually:

Hey guys i updatet my obs to 31 and its nice but after i updatet to 31 i cant use ubisoft games in my game capture The Division 2, Wildlands, Anno1800 etc when i use the monitor capture it give me laggs. I have reinstall obs not working i install an older version of obs no working other games...

As title says it seems after I streamed Star Citizen on discord it no longer works in OBS, I use game capture, capture specific window and I select the star citizen exe and nothing shows in the preview window.
