This is dangerous and bad advice. Many of the downloadable DLL files are either malware themselves or on sites bundling them with malware. It's best practice to reinstall the libraries directly from the package installer from Microsoft. This Microsoft link is valid and corrects the issue: https://aka.ms/vs/17/release/vc_redist.x64.exe
i replied to your thread, but will here as well... you downloaded 64bit software on a 32bit operating system. you need to download a 32bit version of OBS. I do not think that version 28 has a 32 bit version, but i believe that version 27 does. you can locate this in the "previous versions" section of the download page or you can check the post i made on the thread you started.
