After new update can't add new transitions?

The plus sign is gone from the scene transition dock. I would like to add the move trasition tool but it's not in the drop down and I don't know how to add it.

Please advise

I'm also encountering this problem as well and am unable to add or remove transitions under Scene Transitions.

Nevermind jumped into the discord and found that it's now in the Dropdown for scene transitions
