Question / Help After latest update, game no longer captures [resolved]

I have version V0.57b and 2 updates ago I was able to stream War Thunder. After the 2nd to latest update in OBS, I am now unable to capture the game.

I use "Game Capture". I get a black screen now whenever I select the game. However, if I use monitor capture or window capture, it does seem to work at a very costly FPS drop.

I haven't changed any settings in my stream or the game. I can successfully stream other games using "Game Capture".

Has anyone else found this to be an issue?

Do you need more info or specs from me?

It seems like it's not even getting properly activated. If you updated recently, you might try reinstalling, sometimes the DLL doesn't get updated when upgrading. Also, make sure to run the application as admin. Also try out the hotkey feature in game capture as well.

I uninstalled via the Windows 8 "uninstall a program" feature. I logged out, and then logged back in. I installed OBS and my settings and Sources are still in the fresh install.

However, the game now captures!
