Question / Help After I close obs and then open it doesn't display the game capture

So when I first download obs everything works. In my 1st screen i have a clr browser that works, a video capture device that works and then a game capture that works. Then when i close obs and reopen everything works except the game capture. When I open obs it does not detect the video game i am playing. I fix this problem by deleting obs and then reinstalling it but i would rather not do that. Is there anyway for obs to detect the game capture after i close it and then reopen it?

oh also when i re download it, it says "Error opening file for writing: c:\Program Files (x86)\OBS\plugins\GraphicsCapture\GraphicsCaptureHook64.dll"
