There's my most recent log file. It was a test that only lasted a few minutes. Ever since I updated my GPU for Shadow of War, I've been getting constant buffering and low FPS complaints. I have an i7 4790, 32 GB of RAM, and a GTX 970 GPU. I wouldn't think I should be having these issues. It's mainly with Shadow of War. Menus, loading screens, etc, all stream fine, but then as soon as it goes into gameplay, my FPS dips to ~15FPS and looks like butt. I'll also be at around 100% CPU usage. I was also having a similar issue with PUBG. I had it before and then upgraded my RAM to 32GB and it hasn't happened again until now. Anybody have any clue?

For one you have way too many game capture sources.
Second you should have all your displays on your 970.

Wait, can having all the game captures really affect it that much? Also how do I tell what my displays are on?

You have one connected to your motherboard and one to your 970

And yes having a pile of game captures can cause problems.

I believe the HDMI port went out on my GPU so I moved it.
There are other ways to get video from graphics card to more HDMI monitors. Try one of the following.
With an unused DisplayPort, try using active DisplayPort to HDMI adapter.
With an unused DVI and only need 1920x1080 60hz, a very cheap DVI-HDMI cable/adapter may work.

Also how do I tell what my displays are on?
Display Settings, Advanced display settings, select a monitor, display adapter settings. This shows which GPU this monitor is plugged into. This is also shown in OBS-Studio logs.
