Hello i have a problem.Yesterday i changed my gpu from gtx 660 to rx 480.Today i tried to record a game but the video output freezes on the first frame but the sound goes normal.Before the gpu change everything was working fine.So i guess its something from the gpu but i have no idea what to do.

You are using OBS 0.16.2 You can update to 0.16.6
You are running OBS 32 bits and trying to capture DOOM 64 bits.
Try launching OBS 64 bits: copy shortcut, edit it, and locate 64 bits binary (I don´t understand why OBS ONLY creates OBS 32 shortcut on 64 bit systems)

Yes i had the Nvenc you are right i forgot about that.And about the 32bit i didn't even notice about it cause until now i didn't had any problem.I will try to uninstall it then install the new version from clean also i will got to uninstall the nvenc.And i will come back again for the results.

So i updated i tried to use x264 software or the amd software and still there is nothing that changed.The outpout video still lags on the first frame or the first frame of the previous record but the sound goes normal.

Ok after usind the DDu the outpout video its not stuck in the first frame but it has lag.In game i have 60fps.i am sorry for all this and in advance i want to thank you for your time.

Ok i changed the outpout resolution now things are better but still there is some lag like 30fps some times a bit lower.

I´m not sure about this:
I think you are using OpemGL video renderer instead Direct3D 11
(Settings--> Advanced)

Direct3D11 gives better performance.

I found out that this problem only happens when i record DOOM.The outpout video from all other games works fine.So it's something from the game settings.Thanks guys for the help and your time.I will look around the settings from the game and fix it.Do i have to do something to flag this thread as solved or closed?
