Ive had this problem for a while now and after about 2 hours of streaming the stream starts to lag and the frames drop significantly. Not sure what causes it but the stream is perfect and then the frames just drop.

Windows is out of date. Update and then check that Game Mode is off. (Game Mode cannot be switched off except by registry editing in your version. See the link at the bottom of this post for details.)

There is no streaming session in the log so no other information to look at with regard to lag.

You only need to have one game capture source. Having more than one in a scene collection, even if you aren't in that scene, will definitely cause performance problems.

First off... yes, there are things to be done like update windows so that you can turn off game mode, and pare down game capture sources.

BUT

The issue is with network connection. That's it -- let's keep the focus there. 61% frames dropped in test #1, 1.5% dropped in test #2. Bitrate of 2500kbps.

You say you have issues after 2 hours. What router do you have? What ISP do you have, and what kind of upload speed should you have?
