Question / Help After a few minutes the delay on my Camera starts to diminish, how do I fix this?

I use an Elgato Game Capture to stream so I set a 2000ms delay on my audio and on my Logitech camera. However, as the stream continues, the delay on the camera slowly goes down until there's barely any delay at all. This is unbelievably annoying for me as it means i have to fix it over and over turning the delay off and on again stopping my stream, I even bought a new camera thinking this was the problem, and it it isn't. Is there any way to make sure the delay stays at 2 seconds for the whole stream? It used to work just fine but now this ruins most streams for me.
