Advise Input problem

I need to take a live feed from my TV which output feed via HDMI and I want to take that feed and live stream this feed via OBS to Facebook.
Do you know if it is possible? if yes how?

You need to get a hdmi capture device to get the hdmi signal from your TV into your PC. The capture device will show up as video capture device in OBS, similar to how a webcam will show up. Also see here: https://obsproject.com/kb/faq-game-capture

Keep in mind you cannot just freely rebroadcast stuff from TV. You need to make sure you have permission and license to do this from the content owner (TV station).
