Question / Help Advice on best settings for my system

My setup:

AMD A6-5400K APU with Radeon HD Graphics (Overclocked to 4.02GHZ)
4.00GB of DDR3 RAM
500GB HDD
Windows 7 Ultimate 64bit
Upload speed 2.7MBS according to 6MB upload test on testmy.net

I stream both FPS and RTS games, all of which are online. Sometimes I stream single player games though.

What do you think the best settings for me are?

Also, I intend to shortly upgrade to:

AMD A10-6800K Richland 4.1GHz
16GB DDR3
And the best ATI video card for my MOBO I can get and crossfire it with the integrated chip.

Any recommendations on that future upgrade what be awesome too.

biggest problem with amd's apu's is their power consumption so if you are playing a game everything is fine cause the game doesnt need as much cpu more the igpu therefor you got enough power to spare with it but as soon as you got heavy load on cpu and gpu so streaming and gaming you might run into problems.


BUT

you should be able to run 720@30 with lanczos filter and the default preset 2k bitrate cbr enabled and cfr enabled

Alright, I usually set the game I am playing and OBS to process priority HIGH. Good idea, bad idea? Oh and I run Razer Game Booster to disable any services and processes that are not essential.
