Hi,

I'm looking to upgrade my current PC hardware to make sure I will be able to Stream at 720p / 1080p while playing CS:GO.
My current hardware:

CPU: Intel Core i5-2500 3.30 GHz
Memory: 8 GB
Video Card: nVidia GeForce GTX 570
Motherboard: Gigabyte H67M-D2-B3
OS: Windows 7 Ultimate 64 bit

Usually I get 4 MB upload.

Will upload speed upgrading should help?
I don't really have any budget but I prefer cheap parts.

i5 2500 is a sandy bridge cpu and its 2nd gen, it is also capable of streaming 720p30 and csgo.

i wouldnt really use 2.5mbit upload when you only got 3.1mbit available

also if you are only streaming csgo then downscale a bit more to 540p will pretty much look the same and you can drop the bitrate also your cpu doesnt get taxed as hard

So I wont be able to stream 720p with that upload speed?
Or do I have an option do upgrade my hardware?

I think alpinlol's idea is not bad:
Use less than 2500, for example just 2000 and try it with 720p, if you want to increase the quality slightly, try it with 540p.
