Hello, i want to start streaming on twitch but a need some advice about my internet ping and the right server for me.

I'm using OBS Studio + StreamElements plugin and few simple overlays ( static, not animated ) + stinger
I'm rocking a single PC setup, i will go for 720P@60FPS for starters and after i get to lvl up program i will switch to 900P@60FPS
Games: FPS mostly ( Apex, Warzone, Division2, Destiny2 etc... )
Last time i had some problems with bitrate going all over the place and was because i had my server set to auto and kept switching in the middle of my test stream.
Now with R1ch's twitch bandwitch test i managed to find out the best servers but with 35/38 ping and 100 quality.
Down below i will post my PC setup and few pictures with internet tests and if you have the time can you confirm i can stream without any problems?

Stream setup: Nvenc NEW, 6000 bitrate, 720P@60FPS or 900P@60FPS, Lanczos quality.

- CPU: Ryzen 2700 FTW
- RAM: Corsair Vengeance 32GB @ 3000 Mhz
- GPU: MSI RTX 2070 Ventus
- Windows SSD : XPG SX6000 Lite 128GB
- Games SSD: Intel® 660p Series 512GB

You'll likely run into the mixed refresh rate bug. It's planned to be fixed later this year or next year in Win10 2004.
In the meantime, you will have to run both of your monitors at the same refresh rate (60hz) or you're going to get pretty nasty judder and hitching.

Rest of the specs look fine, shouldn't pose a problem if you run OBS in Administrator mode (some of those games are known to try to hog GPU time otherwise, Admin lets OBS do its work first so you won't get random framerate dips due to rendering delay).

Speedtest is worthless for livestreamers, by the way. It only tests peak throughput, not constant minimum throughput as livestreaming uses. R1ch's test results are the only useful ones there. Ping doesn't matter as much as Quality, then Throughput. Also, make sure you run the Long test for the server(s) you plan to use; the Short test is good for discarding obviously-bad ones, but a Long (or extremely-long) test should be run to make sure that your connection is stable over time.

Thanks for the info.
Regarding monitors i don't have any problems, i run game capture only ( exception Destiny2 ).
I fixed the issue by changing the order of my cables in the videocard, i have 4 main ports with order DPORT1 - HDMI - DPORT2 - DPORT3
My 144Hz was plugged in DPORT1 and the 60Hz was plugged in HDMI and i had tons of issues, even shadowplay was recording
chaotically with stutter and FPS issues like 48FPS 32FPS and so on....
Now i plugged my 144Hz in DPORT3 and 60Hz remaining in HDMI and i have zero issues all stream/recordings are smooth.

Thanks

I'm already using the software from R1ch and now i made my second test, after 6h from my original one.
In my country is now 5PM and the results are way way out of the order...
Down below i atached a new file.
