Advertisers misusing OBS name

Just a heads up that another company is using your name to advertise themselves.

Is the name "Open Broadcaster Software" protected in any way?

Questionable ads on Bing. Another reason to stick to google. :D
I do not think that the name Open Broadcaster Software is protected.
