Advanced Scene Switcher.so file missing

When I downloaded the install file for advance scene switcher, it's no giving me the .so file for advanced, only the
scene switcher.pkg and that doesn't install the advanced plugin. Only thing showing in OBS is auto. MacBook Pro 2019, OBS 26.0.2
 
Hey,
why are you not just running the .pkg file?
The .so file is contained in the .pkg file and it will take care of copying everything to the correct place.

In general it might be a good idea to ask questions related to this plugin in the plugin's thread to get help quicker :)

EDIT:
Please also take note that at least OBS 26.1 is required to run the latest versions of the advanced scene switcher plugin.
 
Thanks, Only reason I was looking for the .so file was several youtube video's of folks installing the plugin talked about the .so file.

I know this is older but still working on it. I have run the .pkg file (MacBook Catalina, OBS 26.1.1) but all I get is automatic scene switcher and not advanced.
