Advanced scene switcher on Ubuntu with xfce

I'm having issues in installing the plugin with obs 29.x
I installed the app using the official repository, I added the required dependencies for ASS e tried both installing manually and using the deb package.

I cannot stil have it working.

I also tried with snap but obs crashes at lunch and with flatpak (but I lose VLC as a source and I can't).

I have Ubuntu 20.04 with xfce.

Any idea?
