Advance Scene Switcher Not Showing

Hey guy's. I downloaded and installed the Advanced scene switcher for windows 64bit, into OBS. All the folders and files are where they should be in the OBS folder. The plug-in is not listed in my tool menu. Any ideas why?

If you have issues with a third party plugin you should contact its dev via the Discussion section on the particular third party plugin page, or where the dev have set for this.
