Adjusting Text Size...

Is there a way to change the size of a text window without and not change the size of the text ?? Sometimes I add additional text to the text source want it to remain the same size as the existing one in the source... In other words--If I lengthen the text window I want the text to remain the same size. See attached pic..

The video is too small to see and there are there more then one on top of one another..

This program can complicate the simplest things...
