Adding Valorant via Game Capture and Error -4

The most interesting thing is that if I capture a game with the "Use an interceptor compatible with anti-cheat protection" option enabled, Valorant immediately starts to lag, the sound starts to lag, and eventually the game freezes. If I add a game without this option, everything is ok with the game, but there is no picture.

Use display capture as long as the game hasn't updated its anticheat.

I installed the previous version of OBS because there are never any conflicts with anti-cheats and they block the output of the image

If you downgrade OBS, it may be you need to manually delete the hook dll before installing the old OBS version:
