Adding Surface Pro Camera, the Tilt option is disabled. How to rotate?

I am trying to improve my presentation in Zoom.
Zoom correctly rotates my camera input, but it presents me in portrait mode, which makes me small.

(camera is the front camera in a Microsoft Surface 7 Pro -- Surface is permanently mounted in a stand in portrait mode)

How to solve?
