Question / Help Adding FaceTime call to my stream creates slow motion lag

Please help... I'm having sleepless nights, my live stream broadcasting via Facebook live is fine (I learnt how to get the sound in sync) but when I add a Facetime call and add it to my stream (picture in picture) that's when I have a major problem. Whilst the facetime call itself is fine (I use the cam on my Macbook for that) the camera for my mainstream broadcast (Logitech 922) goes into a jerky slow-motion mode with a huge sound delay ...I know there is a way around it, but despite spending hours, I can't figure out the answer... (I'm sorry I don't know how to obtain a log to post). Many thanks

Try not to use screen capture (or studio mode on OBS v<25) on mac.
Screen capture doesn't work well.
You need video capture device like ATEM mini or elgato. Or use windows OS or NDI source from skype (but I had very bad video quality on skype recently.
