Hello, I am using an el gato hd60x to record my gameplay and party chat, and a hyperx solo cast usb mic for my own audio. I recently added discord as another audio source so that I can lower the game’s volume without affecting my friend’s audio. I plugged in my headset and changed the discord audio input so that it uses the hyperx mic. The problem is that I can hear my audio twice, from the discord and from the mic on obs. (Both have their own audio input in obs). I couldn’t find anything online to fix this, could I just add the same filters I’m using on the microphone to the discord audio? Or is there already a way to fix this?
I am using a M1 MacBook Air, and I plugged in my headset through an aux cord, the hyper x microphone is plugged in via usb. The headset also has a microphone if that matters. I am able to hear the game and my friends on discord by turning on the monitoring option on the game input.
