Question / Help Adding Another's Camera

So out of curiosity, and I apologize for my stupidity if this is not the case, but is it possible to add another's Webcam to my stream? And if so, how would one do this, including the other cam's end?

Some ways to do it:

- Skype like Muf said
- Google hangouts
- YAWCAM with Browser plugin for OBS (hardest to setup but less lag since YAWCAM hosts server on the users PC so no need to first upload to another server like Skype and Hangouts do and then streamer downloads it. With YAWCAM streamer gets the feed straight from the friends PC.)

Question, is there any way using the Browser Plugin to capture a Google Hangout? I can't exactly capture the window as I only have 1 monitor.

Enable Aero and use window capture. It will work even if the hangouts window is behind other windows.
