Question / Help Adding a camera to game capture

Hello, I've been using OBS to capture my game play and would like to add my video camera to display in the upper right corner. I was told to go to Sources, hit the + sign and add a Video Capture Device, picking my camera as the input. Problem is when I do this there are no existing devices to add. The window is blank. The camera is just a Logitech USB webcam. Any suggestions?

Make sure you have the latest drivers installed for it. Since it's an old camera, it might only function with the 32 bit build of OBS if there are no 64 bit drivers for it.
 
Thank you. I had to add a "New" device. I thought it would show up in the "Add Existing" section.
I added the camera, and lost the game display. I was hoping to be able to combine my game (Elite Dangerous), the microphone and camera so it looked more like this:
