Add visual indicator to tray icon while streaming

Love the new tray icon feature. I use a program for tracking clicks/keystrokes (WhatPulse) and it has a feature where you can make the icon show a red dot when it detects something. Maybe the same could be applied to OBS to show that you're currently streaming.

Here's an example of what it could look like:
