add fps limit

add fps limit like in bandicam, this will be helpful for not so beasty pc like mine :(

with 30 fps limit and recording, i can play normally cuz cpu is less stressed

I think he means add a feature to OBS that will force a game to run at a lower frame rate, similar to what Dxtory (and presumably Bandicam) do. A consistent 30 FPS can be better than a fluctuating 30-60 FPS and whatnot. Doesn't sound like something within the scope of what would be added to OBS though.

Give RTSS (Riva Tuner Statistics Server) a try, which is included with MSI Afterburner. Install both packages if you want to display fps, clock speeds, temps etc.

yeah what sapiens said xD well i guess i will still be using bandicam for fps limit on games :S
