Add external video source to OBS

Hi - I am planning a Facebook Live broadcast in which I want to add a media source. The scene is an interview (phone video call) in split screen but I am not sure what is the best way to connect to this media source.

Ideas are much appriciated :)

from what i have seen/learned.
"add media source"
choose media source file from pc
resize to suit
add hotkeys to play/pause/stop

Thanks, I found that for this project the best way is to add a Skype call.
