Question / Help Add delay (buffering) to Elgato HD60 Pro

I recently upgraded to an HD60 Pro which has almost zero delay. My webcam has about 200ms delay so I need to add some delay to the Elgato. I try to use the buffering setting but no matter what value I use there is no real difference.

I know that the usual way is to add delay to webcam and audio to match the capturing device, but now as the device is so fast I need to do the other way around. Is it possible?

I'm having a similar issue but with my sound card via a mixer. The mixer contains levels for the game & my mic. There is a delay where the video is before the audio of the game. I tried the buffering as well and no matter what value, nothing.
Any ideas?
