Acidentally turned off my PC while my video was still recording, how do I get my recording back?

I managed get my video back but the audio from the video somehow doubled in time like it was slowed down to 50%, meaning now if u speed the audio back up to normal speed it sounds very bad ,robotic and tinny sounding with random high pitches, basically as if there are still singular frames missing from the audio in small parts everywhere.

Thought Id be able to fix it by syncing up the starting point and ending point of the video to the audio file that I have and even tho the starting point and ending point are perfectly synced up thinking after i was watching the first 15 seconds of the video, the audio starts being out of sync again.

Did anyone encounter this issue and if so Id greatly appreciate any help.

PS. I unfortunately did not record in .mkv format and the messahe from the log was as follows:

Remux the recording (File > Remux recordings), from mp4 to mp4, then see if the result is better. Remuxing this way takes all good frames and write them to a new file, creating a new and intact file from it.
