Accidentally clicked Streamelements Import and now my Scenes disappeared

Hey I am trying to get back into streaming, i had all my scenes good and set up. But forgot how to import overlays, I should have just rewatched a video. But I clicked on the Streamelements tab and clicked the import button and now all my scenes disappeared and not sure how to fix it. Like it I start streaming on twitch the scenes appear but in OBS I cant tell which scene is currently active unless I manually click it. Is there a way to go back or to fix this? It was a big accident and now I feel like I might have to uninstall OBS and reinstall it
