Question / Help Accessing second monitor

I put OBS on my second monitor, and play the video game on my main monitor. But when I go into full screen mode, I can't access my second monitor. Is there a way around this?

I don't want to have to exit full screen in order to stop recording/streaming.

Edit: Ok, so I tested it out with other Emulators, and I can access my second monitor, so it's not an OBS problem. Hmmm.

fullscreen means the priority is layed down to your Game. and the desktop and other programs run in background.
you need to emulate it in order to go in your other back ground programs.

just make hotkeys for start stop streaming.
