Absolutely NO Desktop Audio registered by OBS

Unfortunately whenever OBS updates to the new version I get absolute NO sound in OBS. This is super weird, because the sound is working perfectly fine for me, music, streams etc., but OBS doesnt register ANY sound EXCEPT for my microphone. So the mic works fine, but NO other sound is registered by OBS. I am truly desperate and dont know what to do anymore.

Please help! :(

I see you got a headset as your audio device. I assume you've checked to make sure Windows didn't select a different output, yeah? If OBS has a different output than Windows does, it won't work.
 
when you use the F..... streamelements or streamfx plugin, it make problems please delete the obs folder reinstall it without the plugins ! the make problems

and toggle the audio devices in the settings ! and update your audio drivers from the manufature homepage
