About the pop-up window at startup

A pop-up window appears when I start OBS.
I would like to prevent this from appearing.

I have unchecked "Automatically check for updates on startup" in the settings screen.

I found out that "InfoIncrement" has been added to the global.ini file.
If I set a large value for "InfoIncrement", it will not be displayed.

Please let me know if there are any other solutions.
